2004 discovery 2 td5 alarm deactivation vcm2 ids

Hi guys.

Have one of these in at the moment did an Immo off and Jeep starts but lights and alarm going off.

My question is will vcm2 with Land rover SW deactivate the alarm in the bcm or do I need other tool.
