1997 Transporter car not start need immo off

hi,i need immo off. I read immo box cant make key tm100 says unknown version I read with etl.

I read ecu 93c56 siemens and cant calculate iimo off.

I tried vw immo 1 immo 2 immo off emulator. car started and ran for 5 minutes. after turned off engine and car not start anymore.

I don't know whats going on. anyone can help me start this old shitbox.

remove immo box and start the car...

thanks for that but I did immo off with IUD software and car started
