CPT shows error All Zeros

Dear all

is there any body face the problem like

all connection as per CPT instruction given in jpg
i consider pin 1 is red strip RJ48 ...

external power 12v to aribag module and CPT module

External power 12v to airbag module but no CPT module

the error is same

its is 9591-B4000 module with XC2366A 56F

im blind to see where is the problem and what im missing
