help read simos PCR2.1 with ktag slave oem

Hello, i need to read this ecu 03L906023B SIMOS PCR2.1 using ktag slave .
Manual says retrieve password before opening ecu using 144300T111 and 14P600KT02
I dont have 144300T111 , is it possible to connect 2 wires directly in bdm port ? Which ones to use ?
I tried read without using 144300T111 and i got error : Micro protection removal failed . ''Follow operation manualand click on read password'' If i try read password i get error : ''Retrieving password error ''

why you want to read with ktag read write very easy with kess or fgtech but first must unlock eeprom or if you have geniune you can do it all via obd

You need 3 wires +12v. Ground and CAN. If that wont work you need 1k 2x ohm resistors boot and reset wires soldered in ecu

Did it old scool [emoji1][emoji1] unlock as ussual.

Genuine Kess no need unlock pcr, tested several times.... K-tag genuine read and write this ecu but you need resistors, check manual to this ecu

Gall also claimes No need to open anymore But it seems to fail sometimes.

i am new to this job and i dont know how to unlock eeprom.
genuine ktag manual says i must retrieve password first before opening ecu but using cables 144300T11 and 14P600KT02, i dont have the 144300T111 .
i opened ecu used 2 resistors as by manual and press read but then i get micro protection removal failed. click on read password

Reading all your helpfull posts made me go back to car with genuine kess
At the point that software told me i must unlock ecu first i clicked OK
chosed obd2 old family and ID ecu, . system R4 1.6L tdi unlocked
i then read but size is small 491kb .Is that normal size? its unlocked probably because it has been opened before ?Write function will work ? So many questions ...

If you have genuine kess its simply. Open New protocool PCR 2.1 by obd, read ID. If you have master you file is donwload from server, if slave send id to master he download from server file. No need open ecu to genuine Kess !!!!!

ohhh bro, because you dont ask you Master. If you have slave device master will help you, you have kess genuine but you open ecu. I dont understand your job

If you Did not unlock ecu Dont write your mod file, car wont start after that.

Dear all members that posted here to help me.
My master is not using kess .
I tried with ktag , but manual wanted me to read password before opening to boot but i was missing a cable.
I then tried with kess and there were many warnings. I chosed obd old family to identify and it was identified as unlocked.
Then i used new update to write, it was warning me not to if i hadnt read eeprom first in Tool function, when i tried to use Tool function to read eeprom it said interface missing ( forgot the name of the interface) i then went back and chosed write ignoring warning for reading eeprom and it was written successfully. I will order 144300T111 cable because i dont have it and it was nesecary in order to read password on bench

A time ago when I had ktag slave...

I just opened ktag and protocols, than choose simos pcr ecu and than use unlock eeprom function, I soldered like in manual showed in ktag program... File was cryped because it was readen by ktag slave but this does not mather i just choose unlock function, than put ecu back to car and than read it with kess clone or with fg tech galletto clone via obd... So for ulocking pcr also slave tool is good enough.
