Fiesta 1.6 tci ECU changed

Hello,
I have a problem with non-staring Fiesta 2006. year, 1.6 tdci.
ECU was changed and car don't start any more.
I tried to synchronize data from instrument cluster to ECU, but nothing changes.
Can you test my files, and correct the ECU file to match the instrument cluster.

Instrument cluster file (Dash_1K78X.bin) is original.
