Hi,

I have bought new car, this is a Golf 5 GTI 2.0FSI turbo, but engine is changed from before owner. New engine is Golf 6 R20 with 270hp. But now i read this car with golf 5 GTI with mpps (kess, fgtech not read)
But what is now the hp? I see this file original, is the car now 200hp? What about new engine (270hp)

Who have experience? So is it possible to do this to 330 or 340hp? Car have downpipe
I attache the file to see it

Is this a problem to write with mpps over obd? Or best bdm?

That file is from the 200Hp TFSI unit.

200TFSI file with R32 engine....headaches...

Canīt tell you if you will have problem writing with those tools, i use CMD and original Kess/Ktag.

not with r32 engine he has s3, golf r engine K04 turbo other injectors

Yes like icezero2010 says there is a new engine with engine code CDL. So engine is from Golf 6 R20 with 270hp with K04 turbo. I see file is original, but how much hp have this car? 200 or 270hp? Because ecu is 200hp? Can we do like remap Golf 6R20 up to 340hp? there is a downpipe.

With Original hd Pump? 340 hp no . Make bigger pump . Rescale injectors krkate and injection maps. Switch to application mode for boost control and than log and fix fkkvs not more than +- 3 percent is ok . Or your throttle close

its look as boost or fuel problem at the end check fuel correction and u see big different

sedat, ive also got a golf 5 gti, withengine swap byd ( edition 30,s3 ) , first time we start and drive the car with orginal ecu, because the s3 ecu has immo ON and we needed to start/ drive the car for some guy who will fix immo off for me, so i think u got the orginal 200 pk ecu,

i have chipped the car to 344 pk in netherlands ( JD engineering ) , :peaceful:

The file of dyno is original, and yes there is a problem with fuel curve. I read it from this car.

yes, you have may differences beetwen AXX BWA and CDL...I can make trhis car. Do you heve error HPFP - pressure too low ?

The problem is with Original sw wrong Krkte and so to much fuel correction.
