Dissolve SILICONE GEL inside ECU

Can someone tell me if they have done this job before ? I cannot remove the board because of all the gel.

It is a sticky soft like gelly or silicone clear

Try Acetone, Tolulene or maybe Methyl-Ethyl Ketone.
The boards I work on need a mix of acetone and tolulene, and then a lot of scraping and scrubbing. Its alot of work.

I will try submerging the entire part inside Toluene for hours.
