Peugeot 307 - BSI

Hi, I have here Peugeot 307 with datalost in bsi - bad batery. I repair many BSI with same fault but with this I have problem I can't code it with PP2000. I try to make all eeprom FF but not working. I try to use good file from other car and change pin in ecu and code new transponder still nothing. Always say that pin is not coded in BSI. I think two options : 1. I use wrong eeprom file, 2. flash in mcu is also damaged.

if flash damaged BSI will be dead, here is virgin dump for that BSI, I also have good flash if you need.
