2014 lexus is250 milleage reading 0000

hi all 2 weeks i did some searching and then also asked about doing milleage on a 2014 is250

someone replied with that i only need to do the cluster

today i did the cluster
here is the orig file 74470 kms
and i wanted to make it 62000

now the cluster reads 0km

here are the two files


can anyone look at my files and tell me if ive made a mistake

i put more solder flux and resoldered and this time i screwed dash all back together
where before i only had bare minimal for testing
