Hi guys,
Bought one of these ECUs to learn with before eventually reading from my own car!

I decided to solder a solid pin onto the boot pin pad, so i could clip on and off whenever I wanted and also to change from KTag, Galletto & Kess etc...

Stupid one here decided to catch the pin on my jumper and ripped the pin off, leaving nothing there but a dark hole 😑

Does anyone know where this traces to do I can use an alternative point for the boot pin?

Thanks in advance

That’s what I thought, but I’d imagine it traces back to the main chip and I can’t see any traces to follow, etc.

Sure did, and I’ve soldered for years! Must have been a weak pad to start with! Hey, ho!

I’ve now completed a full read on Galletto!
