EEprom Piaggio X9

Hello everyone, and apologize in advance my English, I'm Italian, and it's hard for me to explain myself in English.
I have a problem with my 2000 Piaggio x9 250cc, I think the eeprom 24C02 has erased because I only see the blue backlight, but no writing, the leds are all on, the arrows do not work and neither the speed indicators, rpm, fuel , temperature, now I wonder if any of you have the file to load on the eprom, and maybe which program to use.

I'v only ever seen one on my friend back garden, 3 years its been there. But he love it.
