It's not only about the anti-virus because we already disabled it. There should be something else preventing it from running properly.

I have AK400(original) with activation key, but I have the same problem with IR-Prog Calculator. It does not start. I have un-install all antivirus/antispywere software, but still same problem. I think you have something installed on your windows than i do not, or I have something installed that it does not like... OR it may be the hardware of my PC ( Intel P4 3.2GHz, Gigabyte M/B)...

At each of the license is given an ID number assigned to SN disk. This version was rewritten by someone of this character. I do not know the details. I gave what I have.
(Without the license.dat the program also works).
