passat b5.5 speedo waaay out cant find problem! help

Hello guys please help me get to the bottom of this problem

My passat 2.5 v6 tdi has developed a problem, the speedo is showing way much higher than its meant to atleast +20mph depending on the speed im doing for example when doing 60 its showing like 85, I have searched this online and it has nothing to do with wheel size on vcds.. When ignition is switched on speedo will rise above 0 as if car is moving and if I open the door it will beep as in im opening the doors with the vehicle moving.

any ideas? could be speedo

It happened to me, when I badly modified the sector of an eeprom memory. The needles mark exaggeratedly or simply get out of control, try a file in good condition
