07 Chevrolet Equinox Cluster Displays Not Working

I have 2007 Chevrolet Equinox Cluster here,
need help to repair the displays.
Displays are dead only slight red lines across the displays are little visible.

So I got a replacement cluster and this one has flickering displays, any idea how to fix this ?
