Hi
after open ecu I saw that one element was broken because I hit it by plastic card. I post photo main board and this 5 legs driver. I need help what is this and where I can find this.

what is the inscription on sot23-5 (sot25)?

I think that is sot23 w 5pin but I have to measure.

this chip is directly connected to bosch driver 30615 32pin, I post photo of connection pin between broken chip and bosch driver

i find in med9.1 ---HM but I don't know is this similar
