Can anyone change the mileage on a smart roadster instrument cluster

Current mileage: 129,803 miles
wanted mileage: 40,550 miles

The eeprom is 93c86

On Smart Roadster only need to do eeprom on instrument cluster??

no, you have to read also sam unit 9S12DG256.... edit or make virgin and do it with star/dev...
