Can someone make proper egr off here

WIth generic egr solutions there is problem with dpf light and limp mode...
So please if someone can make full solution with disconnected connector and no ads remover

Today I get car back... Customer very angry because again dpf light, until now it was used Johak solution... When I loaded map I also changed diff pressure sensor and we also make regeneration.
Here are uploaded 2 variants of egr off and my original file...

Can someone take good look at files... I do not know what to do now... A lot of people say that when egr off is made that dpf not work anymore... But I know that it work at some cars, because I done alot of 1.6tdi and 2.0tdi and dpf was not problem after egr off.

Try my solution, for me it works, maybe you must also delete some errors. I try also Johak solution, but for me never works.
If you need error deleted let me know.

When i tried same solution as Johak it don`t work the service regeneration. Try this with Johak files and then try it with mine. Service regeneration should work and then works also normal regeneration. That`s my expirence.

Maybe you can send me a solution for 1.6TDI, made last few weeks two one and at the moment with my solution regeneration works.
But when i log postinjektion 1, i see injektortime 0,19-0,26 microsec. Until now i have no original 1.6TDI for check if original soft do the same.

Thanks for answer. But service regenration works with johak file aswell... It looks like that normal regeneration does not work.

Then post a working solution.
Last 3 EDC17C46 afther NOx update was i made works fine. Maybe it`s not on all EDC17C46 the same.
Had a EDC17CP14 EGR off works for one year and then i get problems

I have no working solution my friend but it do it on same way as your and this not work also egr off yes But Dpf regeneration not . And I test the same sw version

My girl friend drives over 3 years with EGR off file and regeneration works fine, but it is a EDC17CP14

Today I made egr off on audi a6 2.0 tdi 2012...

Howeever same ecu edc17c46 and same engine...

When i made it i checked readiness in vcds an look at photo... Before I made egr off there was egr failed status but now it writes >Not installed<

There must be something wrong with egr off on some sws because on audi a3 there was still written egr failed...
It is not only about this car but also on some other 1.6 tdi and 2.0 tdi...

There are few % of total egr of made that make problems

You can see your egr valve in % look at measure blocks.

Can someone pls make complete EGR off? i have DTC P0403.
I know regeneration will not work anymore but its not problem.

Do you have news for EDC17C46 egr off without dpf removal? Is it only possible with pre-dieselgate sw? Or it doesn't matter if we touch normal mode hysteresis only?

Just touch normal operation hysteresis , dpf works fine

Hello, is there a solution found?

I have exactly the same hw/sw as the first version, and I guess I'll have the dpf problem. From now I switched hysteresis maps 1 2 4 5 to 0 and P0403 off but I still have limp home mode when oil temparure > 70°C, I guess "normal maps" are 3 and 6... but it looks like Johak's map, that seem to cause dpf off also.
If I unplug the connector and make a dtc off of the error that will occur, can it be a solution?
