GM subscribption help require..

i want a subscription for reprograming GM and cheverleot light trucks like silverado...
what is the best package to buy for a year.i am stuck as gm change subsription pacakges.
i have diagnostic tools i dont want to by for diagnostic just for reporgraming.
any help will be apperciated.

As far as I know North American GM only has one yearly subscription:

Service Information, Programming Software, Diagnostic Software

There are more options from hourly to monthly contaning SPS and TIS.

Chevrolet on the other hand only offers SPS as a two hour subscription

SPS subscription for programming changed Feb 15th.

Used to be able to buy yearly, monthly, or two days but now it is $40.00 per car.

the above 2 links shows completely different things.i remeber gm change the prices in feb.
should i but sps or 40usd price per vihecle.
please assit.
