Change dump

Hello.

I wonder if someone could help me change a dump that have been read out of my instrument cluster of my volvo v70 d5 2004?
I want to change mileage, but since i am a newbie at this i don't know what program to use or how to to it so i thought if someone here can be so nice as to help me.

lol actually it has been to the moon a couple of times i think, it has been run as a taxi cab before i bought it.
The original mileage is 570 000 km
I would like to have it at 260 000 km if possible.
