Audi A4 RB8 - Problem accessing Dash for Mileage Change

Hi guys,

Had a Audi A4 2007 in for Mileage.

Customer had been to someone prior to me.

Using Enigma Tool, it connects but gives Error - Dash Access Blocked - Access Impossible due to using other tools.

Dash looks fine though with no DEF or any other error.

Part Number is 8E0920982M

I have attached 24c08.

Any ideas?

you tried disconnecting battery for some time? or dash fuse?

Try to modify mileage with nyo4 . Always work with me for this car

Write this file back to cluster and access to OBD will be OK.
They used low quality tool or wrong options, and locked dash , they got lucky it did not made DEF.
