Hi Community
I've recently moved to a flat with a Virgin Media ( formerly Telewest ) cable connection but had no joy rescanning my Kryptoview box.
The last two flats i've lived in had a minimum of broadband from the cable provider and over the two years the box has worked perfectly. This flat has nothing.
Do i need to purchase broadband to activate the cable connection and get the box working?

Thanks for your help

Have you tried testing the socket with an RF connection direct to a normal tv,
& tuning the tv into just itv/bbc to see if the socket is live, as some sockets might have a filter inline.
