2008 Touareg Keyless start no response

My workshop have a 2008 Touareg with VIN WVGCB77L18D034612 was no response to use the keyless start car function or use keyless function to lock or unlock the door. I use VAG.com to check the car and there was no error code on the immobilizator and the Keyless function was activated.

Anyone have Idea on this?

does the car have any kind of after market sat nav, or tracker.

try holding the key close to the dash/sterring wheel.
