Dear friend, i think you not needed immo off, but your ecu have not power (not all power)

This dtc coming when ecu cant drive engine control relay (most cases power ecu after ignition on)

Search for shcematic, engine relay is in engine fuse box, or near by ecu BROWN or BLACK small box (10? wires)

This car comes to me a second time, the first time there was a wire break from BSI to ECU (36 pin ECU- not connect 3 and 16 BSI near near the connector under battery)

now the immo diagnostics line is whole, there is power to ECU present, ECU communication to PC, but I'll check it anyway tomorrow) Thank you!

remove eeprom from ecu and start the car if the car start try to solve the problem if not you have another problem but not immo

Problem again was in the wiring, only this time in a different place))
