Hello peoples!
A golf 4 1.6 16v with AZD engine entered my garage because the speedometer doesn't work. The guy bought the car with this problem.
This golf4 from 2001 gets his speedo signal from the abs thru Can-Bus but the fitted dash doesn't have the option in software coding
Fizzled up some dashes from the local breakers ( all motometer ) and they have the option in the software coding menu but when i try to recode to (01100) it the dash puts up the finger and tells me that the coding still is 01111 :applause:
Tried with the login code and the activation code given by VCDS .
Is there a possibility thru eeprom coding or are there any dashes like VDO that can be recoded or does someone knows a part number for a dash that needs to be in the car?
