Hello,
I tried to solder the EPROM from the board from my Opel CD70. But the glue under the Eprom is very strong. I can not get it solved. Is there a tool that can read this (24C64) and possibly other EPROM on the PCB? What can you recommend me?

Regards

It depends on the circuit. After reading a couple of eeprom badly I always take them off the board. I recommend a hot air soldier station

It dont work with SMD Reworkstation, because the Eprom is glued with extrem strong Epoxy Glue from Factory!

It can be done, just need to know how.
All ME2.8 mercedes and VAG Me7.1.1 CAN ECU eeoroms are like that .
Heat it for about 3-5 min with 280-300 , then use Needle nose Pliers and twist left/right very slowly( very small turns ) and eventually will come off.
