broke dreambox

hi all any advice
i have a dreambox 500 c im in dublin we were watching tv yesterday then the dreambox just went blank ,the green light is on at the box but thats it nothing else ,the remote doesnt do anything the light just stays green,does it need to be re flashed ,the little one is going mad looking for nick jnr so any help would be great

try reflashing it mate and then unplug and plug it in again should work after that
