Meriva C BCM cloning 70f3633

Hi
How can i clone BCM from Meriva C 2014r.
I have read old BCM NEC 70F3633 with I/O Terminal by obd ( d flash and flash )
Reset new used BCM on bench with VVDI prog
Write d flash and flash from oryginal BCM,
BCM is working ( remote working , can read and erase fault code ) but after turn ignition on d_flash is erasing.
Can write d flash again and working only for one time.

What I'm doing wrong ?

not exactly engine ECU but
Does anyone have datasheet for 70F3633?
It have 512KB flash, but does it have internal eeprom ?
If yes is there an easy way to read?

p.s. It have 32K data flash. I found what i was looking for in there.
Still no PDF about that chip.
