CAS3 + EEPROM BRICKED

HI,
i need to repair this eeprom.
i know that the problem is the eeprom ,because i have tried different flashes and still no
communication .
there are 2 or 4 bytes to change and thats all,but lost that info.
at the first glance the eeprom is ok but surely the problem is there.
