Sid208 Egr Off File Problem

Hi everyone.
I have a sid208 ecu on 2200cc ford transit.
I was disconnect egr plugin from egr, and dtc: P042e-p1335-p1303-p0403-p0405

And then, write the mod file.
Yes, car havent dtc now. But Engine check light is flashing?
Why?
Ori-Egr off file included.
