Is it possible to clone data (maps + immo) from a EDC17C57 ?

BOSCH = 0281031578 (from Hyundai)

if yes, which tool can do this ?

All tools read OTP area, you get in trouble when you try to overwrite it at another ECU. That's why cloning must be done let's say "manually".
