Hi can you download programmes off Internet to these and run them I'm trying to run garage software on it can you do this I'm thinking of buying one

Hello.
I think you talk about Windows program, so they need Windows OS.
Android tablet use Android OS.
You cannot use Windows softwares with any Android tablet or smartphone.
But there's Windows tablet, but beware, you must double check if it's really Windows.
I have Acer Iconia W4-820, it's real Windows 10.
