Audi a4 RB8 immo4 on immo3

I have audi A4 2005 year,dashboard RB8 immo3
I have 6 dashboards,RB8,2005,2006 year,but all are immo4
Is it possible to adapt immo4 on immo3?
VagDashCan and AVDI not read component security from original dash
on dashboard show DEF
is it possible that because i have def it wont read
and AVDI not repair DEF

here is eeprom if someone can repair it
