Hey All,
Need some advise. I have a CM 870 ISX and have really bad fuel mileage.
Its really draining me and despite trying several things eg EGR tune up im still struggling.
So im thinking to go for an EGR delete now questions are:
1. Can the EGR delete be done via software only?
2. Must the VNT turbo be removed and replaced with a standard turbo or can it be left to work as normal?
3.Can you recommend someone who can help me with the tune over teamviewer?
i have done a screen shot of certain things that i didn't appear to be normal.

the engine coolant temperature during my check shows the lowest temp recorded - 17.8 how ever i from the time i start the truck its been on 50 degrees C upwards as she warmed up.
The EGR temp and fuel temp was also -17 so looks like all three sensors showed same temp
and the voltage max levels are also off normal.
I read somewhere that when the ECM gets wrong information about coolant temp it throws more fuel into the engine to warm up???
After this i found that the ecm calibration was AB10424.14 which is from 10.21.2005 so i decided to upgrade it to the latest one on my list which was AB10424.23 from 9.8.2010 not sure if this would be part of the reason i am getting -readings but i thought id change it any way. Nope didn't help
I did some date recordings and from before and after the upgrade not sure if there are a data guru's who can decipher the problem from through the data.
I checked through the connections and all seems ok, even during insite monitoring the issue of the negative readings is not there all the time in fact i've never actually seen it happening live i've only see the minimum recorded - data after its already happened.
There are know faults codes either.
Please if anyone can look at this and understand it better any help would be appreciated.
