Help with immo off Lucas DCU3R

I have Kangoo 1.9diesel 2002
Key is damaged, i desolder eeprom 25080 and try immo off with hex but no work. Maybe i do something wrong.

Is there anyone they can do it for me?

you must use in conf programmer " protect" and cut 20 pin in ecu
