SAAB 9-5 ECU SWAP

Hi everyone. I would like to swap an Ecu on 2006 Saab 9-5. It's one of those that is located on the the top of the engine with 2 plugs on it. I have not seen it yet, but my client wants to replace and I want to program it in order to start the car. Anyone has done this type of an Ecu and a job. What tools needed to get this car started. Thnx in advance

you need tech2 with saab card and tis 2000 software

I have tech2 with Saab card, any idea how can I get the tis2000 download from a good source that doesn't require the dongle? Or it is not possible? Thank you
