Hi all :) I have a problem with Peugeot 407, 2005m., 1.6HDI 80kw. Engine won't start because fuel pressure is a low, about 80-130bar. Fuel regulator voltage is about 8v. Sometimes I get fault code P0193 "fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high". Fuel regulator and rail pressure sensor is change. Wire is a good. Any ideas?

is the power supply at the sensor (5Volts) correct? If not, perhaps defect ecu.

12V power for fuel regulator comes from fuse F1(20A) in the fusebox in engine bay, then thru relay and then 12v goes to Fuel regulator. This 12V also powers turbo actuator/position sensor, fuel filter warning lamp switch, IAT sensor and MAFF. So check them too. Disconnect them one by one and check if voltage go from 8 to 12.

It shouldnt be 12 but 5 volts.
I think it's fuse box. Had the same issue on different psa cars.

You are wrong. It's definitelly 12 volts. Check wiring diagram of the car.
