Phaeton dead Kessy

Hi everyone

I have VW Phaeton 3.2 2003, KESSY unit no. 3D0909131T 5WK47021, 5WK47021 completely flooded with water. No ignition, key locked, car dead. I can't find used unit with exact VAG number. What other numbers can I use?
Second questions if I get pincode from old unit and new used unit will it be enough to replace it according to VCDS procedure?

Before safe both kessy dump and then try copy/paste eeprom.

EPROM swapping should be enough? MCU can stay the same?
