Hyundai Tuscon EDC15C7 immo

Hello, today arrived Hyundai Tuscon 2.0 CRDi 83 kW EDC15C7 (0281011694, SW: 1037369215) with IMMO problem. The car wont start. Tried to adapt keys with VIN (01 86 50) to PIN (should be 048848), but comes with incorrect pin. Immo box is with MCU 1K02S. The car came from another shop, I see that EEprom was soldered before me...

Could someone help me out with IMMO off or maybe there is a chance to read pin from EDC15C7 95P08 EEprom data? I attach flash, EEprom and ECU data:

Thanks for your reply, the solution you gave me is UID for virgin EEprom, the car would not start, I tried :)
