How to transfer files (movies) from Dreambox dm600 to a computer?

Hi everybody,

I'm using a Dreambox Dm 600 with an internal hard disc (wetern scorpio blue 350 gb IDE). I've recorded several films which now I want to transfer them from the hdd to a laptop (windows vista). I'm a beginner to this kind of things. Any guides, advice & suggestions, would be very helpful to me.

Download a program called 'Coreftp' and load this program onto your pc. You then connect with Coreftp to your dreambox and download your files from the box to your pc.

use a ftp programe
ftp to media/hdd
then transfer it back to pc

I've tried it and everything was ok. I was able to transfer the files through Coreftp.
