Hi Friends.. I have few issues for Ford Fiesta 1.4tdci. Engine didn't run smoothly, so injectors was replaced, and few another parts. No matter, I take that car to OEM Ford Service to checking software and diagnose. They connected IDS or another tool, and reprogram ECU (SID 803). Then, after programming and coding starts to lighting water temperature LED, dtc about coolant temperature sensor (didn't before!) and lost odometer (------) and no speed after driving. Also temperature not showing on dash! I don't want to taking car to them once, I decided to repair it by myself. I read software, it is orginal and discovered in ecu software. But haven't idea where is personalisation code for this ECU, if someone can help me, please.

I was wrong and not read before take to Ford Service..

BR.

I write another dump from DK, with SW (FM0606A400000), HW (5WS40027G-T) and no result, no speed, no odo, no temperature...

I open orginal dump from FORD service and showing HW (S118661216A), SW (FM0606A400000).

And steacker on ECU shows HW (5WS40027G-T) and numbers: 2S6A-12A650-BG, 228725886, 02176, 1BSB, J38AC...

I think they did't make dash initialisation, only PATS, so immobilizer and central locks work properly, but some data for ECU setup is not set. Mates, is ot possible to edit dash eeprom dump and set data for ECU setup? I can read dump from car and compare with two another sets, but i haven't IDS to changing exactly parameters and look in dump... Ford's nightmares...

I vaguely remember having this problem long time ago, i wrote new flash and eeprom in engine ecu and recoded ecu using pats function, all was ok
