I ve a situation

I ve car from a customer. Audi A4 From 2004 with Rb4 cluster. He tried to adjust millege with Digiprog clone.
Now the car does not start. There is no error in the dashboard.
I did read the pincode and CS with VVDI2. I also saved the eeprom and immo dump.
Tried to adapt the key again. but does not help.
Tried with vcds. Immobox status is 4 : Immo is adapted.
I can t connect to intrument whatever I did.

Any ideas what to do.

I posted the immo and eeprom dump if someone can see if not corrupt.

Yes with vvdi2 I read immo data and eeprom.
I did get pin and CS with VVDI2.

trying to connect to cluster with VCDS is impossible. Need to change immo status from 4 to 6.

yes. I can get in immobilizer and see status. But not in instruments with vcds.
PS: I m using clone vcds.

Someone told me to use FVDI and I wil try when the car comes to the shop. Yesterday I tried on the location where the car was parking without suc6.

Friend, the status which show you 4, and to return to his normal status 6, so this can done by obd2 when you adapt instrument to engine ecu. try go by vcds to engine ecu and write pin code in login and after in Chanel 50 rewrite same pin code and click do it. so in this case the instrument data return to his normal status and the car restart.

no need to use that function cause your dash good and there is not def error, that function repair RBX DEF you use it when your dash dump corrupted by showing> def error. so just try do adaptation by vcds.

Def error is after wrong mileage set. But it not always cause not start

Chanel 50
In 32000 put the pin code
Test
And save
You must see the VIN number

With fvdi
Connect to dash
With option
Ok
Make read data
If pin and millage is same as orig
Continu
By change immo statu
From 4 To 6
Then write change
Ok

OK i understand, cause i think that option to change from 4 to 6 the status it on RB8 not for RB4, any way maybe fvdi has that option for RB4, & personally i don't use that tool called FVDI.
