Is there any mechanical solution to disable start stop.

I tried with disconnecting small battery and start/stop not working until next day, than error in dash and startstop works again even without small battery...
Than I tried to connect some led panell to small battery to make it dishargable and this blocked start stop for 4 days... And again...


If seat belt is no fastened than start/stop not works but this is not solution really.


This is for my personal car and this start stop really annoys me. I will be happy for any idea.

I will have to drive few days to really see. I will report for sure... With connected led lights to small battery there was no start stop for 3 days....

In Pike program only one bit changed. Pike can you tell us what is this bit for?

Pike all looks ok until now. I have written the file to ecu, but I wanted to be sure about this.

For now all seems to be ok, so thanks again.

Use Volvo Vida and look in what position is the start stop function.

It is sll the time same... if I move to D, R, N or Park
Neutral sensor allways 0

This variant wont work, I tried, but with disconnected plug start stop not work for one day an than works again-same situation like with small battery unplugged.

So we have final solution, button remembers the last position. In factory configuration system it starts every time the engine is started, on us solution he stay in last remember position. We modify software in Central Electronic Module (CEM). Tested today on Volvo xc60 2015y, 2.0 D4 vea.

Hi! Got he S80 2010 D5 engine. Clients wants the speed limiter to be disabled of shifted to higher speed. Is it possible? Thanks.
