1T0920860G Touran eeprom flash

Hi,

I need the flash and eeprom of 1T0920860G dash.
Micronas CDC3297G and eeprom 24C16
There is a common DTC in the dash. 00003 Control modul defect
I don't know what did happened with it.
Or
Can anybody help me to repair my dump?
