i have a costumer who has a E90 330D with EDC16CP35 ECU his car was tuned before but came DPF error so he read ecu flash with kess.

KESS_330d_sw1037379334_hw0281012707.ori
than he found a ori. flash file in forum and write it with kess, SW number are the same but HW are different.
file was a BDM flash file but he write it with KESS via obd. car starts but a lot of error shown in dash and car make creazy things (fuel pumpe runs , no rpm in dash...)

after that he want to rewrite old file via OBD with kess but no chance. ECU not identify, diagnosis not found ecu.
so he came to me and i read out the ECU via BDM KTAG.

ktag show me ecu identify hw0281012707_sw1037379334_swupg07802257 but flash was from other hw, why ktag show old hw?
can anybody put old original OBD read flash file into the BDM Ktag flash file (head and end from BDM with main area maps from OBD flash) so that i can write it with ktag BDM?
