Renault Clio 2005 1.5dci ecu swap

Hi all.
I have 2005 renault Clio 1.5dci Delphi ecu damaged by customer. I have same used ecu.
What is easy way to swap ecu if possible?
Any way to resolder eeprom or needs to get used virgin's and then reprogram?

yes its work just nice

Do I need to desolder all points to get to the other side or it's possible to read/write by points on this side?
Do the numbers must by same on the ex's?

Not going to argue at this time of night, but flip it over you see a "button" and a "rectangle" the. Bottom of rectangle angle grind open eeprom laughing.
