PCR2.1...need help

Hello everyone,
i need to know if this eeprom is unlocked or not?



When I try to write in this ecu , I have an error, even with original file.

You can't know unlocked or locked from eeprom.
Only via OBD in VCDS or other soft. Read channel 497, SAMPLE - unlocked, PRODUCTION - locked.

Read ID with kess and you will see if its locked or unlocked
