Polo 6r Original key not Working

Hello friends, today I have a few times tried with a key without transponder to start the car (vw polo 6r)
but of course this failed because there was not a transponder in the key. After this
I have tried with a key with the right transponder to start the car but is always falling out I have tried with
2 working keys but the car always fails out, someone knows how to do this or a solution ?
I disconnected the battery pack for 30 minutes but still can not start with the originals key the car.

fvdi, but i didnt make a new tranponder, i just turn ingnition on couple times with blanco key without transponder. After that i tried the original key, but did not work, the ingnition goes off about 2 second. And i got now this fault code p157000

Maybe you should adapt keys again, But first make back Up of eep.
Check What dash you have vdo or JC.

If you have backup of eep nothing can go wrong in worst case put eep back and its ok.

problem solved, just need ingnition on and wait 15 minuts, after that can start the car and it will work
