VW polo 6r keys dont work

Hello friends, today I have a few times tried with a key without transponder to start the car (vw polo 6r)
but of course this failed because there was not a transponder in the key. After this
I have tried with a key with the right transponder to start the car but it always falling out I have tried with
2 working keys but the car always fails out, someone knows how to do this or a solution ?
I disconnected the battery pack for 30 minutes but still can not start with the originals key the car.

I get this error p157000 519320

Turn ignition on, go in measuring blocks for immo and look how transponder lock time count down. Or just turn ignition on and wait for minimum 15 minuts
