Hi need help sync this old K-Line w210 EIS and w202 ECU , files attached

What year and model C or CLK?

So what are you doing with this car? Don't see any password in the EIS files. Did you zero them out? Anyway, if you change either EIS or ECU, you can unlock the ECU by changing 0x01EE to FF.

there is EIS with ESL changed from other car, need sync it to ECU , dont have tool for sync, dont have done anything just read beckup
immo emu not work to on this ECU with EZS , only with transponder immo
