Hyundai IX55 (Veracruz) 3.0 V6 CRDI - EDC16CP34 - R/W with Kess Clone

Hello guys,

EDC16CP34 of a 3.0CRDI V6 Hyundai, anyone have done it via OBD with a Kess Clone (CN or EU)?
Do I have to BDM it?


I've seen a lot EDC16CP34 on the 3.0 VAG Engines, but never seen on a Hyundai.
I believe that the engines aren't the same... :\

Hello,
the engine isn't the same as VAG's and more or less ecu is different. You probably would not have problem to read it via OBD.

Those ECUs are tricky in order to write via OBD?

Mine EU clone has done a lot of EDC16 of BMWs and VAGs, but never had to deal with this specific one (neither the 3.0 VAG nor the 3.0 Hyundai).

KESS is very strange calculating cs in writing on Korean EDC16. 50/50 no start after.
It's for me.
So i do all Korea EDC16 only by BDM.

Maybe your china shit, I use genuine and 2 years only one car not start so buy tool no shit
